I have been baking this gluten free chocolate chip cookies way too often and I just cannot stop. They are the perfect gooey in the center, chewy on the outside, rich, and delicious cookie. The best part though, they are virtually allergen free with the exception of one egg, which could easily be substituted with an egg replacer or flax egg. Replace the milk chocolate chips with dark chocolate if you cannot have the milk.

What you’ll need:
1 King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix
1 bag of Guittard Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Earth Balance vegan butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons of water
How to:
In one large bowl add the gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix, softened butter, one egg, bag of chocolate chips, and the water. Mix together until you have a smooth batter.
Place one generous tablespoon of mixture one inch a part on parchment paper
Place pan into oven on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool, serve and enjoy!
