Before the craziness of the day sets in, take the time for a little break. Relax with this delicious cup of coffee. Our vegan pumpkin spice latte is sure to get you ready for all things holiday.
Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte
This recipe could not be simpler to make. All you need is your favorite coffee, coconut cream (we use So Delicious Coconut Organic Creamer), and pumpkin spice blend or plain cinnamon (we love the Pumpkin Spice by Simply Organic). Add your creamer to a saucepan and gently bring to a boil, remove from heat and with an immersion blender (or whisk) create a frothy texture. If you want sugar or a sugar substitute, add it to the warm creamer to dissolve completely. Pour the creamer into coffee and sprinkle spices on top. Simple as that, but absolutely delicious!
